It's not as good as the $247 it was last week, but it's still pretty good if it needs to be NVidia. If AMD is okay, the new $310 RX 6700 might be the best choice.

However RT/DLSS are more performant on 3xxx series cards.
Yes, NVidia is better on the feature side, so long as your card has enough video outs. That's part of why I went with the 2080 Ti, because it's still good at ray tracing and supports all the new features, like DLSS.
But I'm also not going to use those features enough for the ~40% premium over AMD cards. That premium is lower for refurbished, but still there.
My Experience with EVGA B-Stock: Bought 1 2070 and it worked for 2 weeks before artifacting and crashing games then just flat out would not show any video output anymore. Shipped it back on my dime and then received a second one and so far has lasted more than a year without issue.
My Friend bought from me a perfectly working 1070, he then noticed it some how just stopped working so he had EVGA do a RMA and he sent it back on his dime and received another one which artifacted from day 1, so he sent that one back on his dime once again and the 2nd replacement worked great!
