I once need to return a shoe due to sizing ( I chose the smallest size and it's still big). I just chat nicely with the rep, they accept and give me full refund. So ... Just be nice with the rep

I hear the warnings but $51 for waterproof name brand boots is hard to resist. It's pretty much the price of a lowish-end walmart boots.


Another thing: if you walk a lot, or have to crouch down, flexible midsole is what you want. Standing is not the same as walking, or kneeling.
