    A lot of these Hisense TVs actually perform far better if you don't use the OS and set it up without internet. So using an external streaming device is the way to go.

    4k sticks work fine in 1080. 4k models work faster, have better chips. Even if you don't have a new TV there is no reason to get the 1080 unless you really just need to save a dollar. The 4k is 24 right now

    Could not agree more. I have one Sharp non-smart TV in my garage. Bumping up from the HD to 4k was definitely worth it.
