Don't know if it's a good deal for this brand but $50 for three pairs of socks on sale is too much for me. Even coming from someone who wears high end merino socks.

Thumbs up and reps for posting. Maybe a good deal for someone else.

I've purchased numerous pairs of both the merino wool and merino wool compression socks. Both after about six months got holes in the bottom. I liked them but they don't last long enough for the price.

Their customer service and happiness guarantee is top notch, when you cash in the guarantee. No question asked replacement. Once in a while they may ask for a picture. Pretty painless, but the extra time and effort may not justify the price. I do agree with you tho, I had three/four pairs on daily rotation, after at most 6 months, they all have holes on the heels.

My wife and I both have Bombas socks and while they are nice, the price is 5x the cost of a decent pair and that is 5x the cost after you apply this deal

Aren't these the folks who donate a pair for every pair sold? That's a great cause and all, but it also means I'm paying twice as much. I also can't help but to wonder if the person who needs help buying socks wouldn't rather have 3 packs of hanes socks vs 3 pair of these…

I personally find Bombas socks to be pretty meh. I much prefer Balega for running. The different thickness and stretchiness of the fabric throughout the socks on the Balega is way more comfortable.

To be fair to Bombas, they are holding up fine, but I now use them for every day socks, not running socks. And for every day socks, 12 packs at Costco are just as good.

I had that issue ( holes ) with the merino wool socks. This running kind of sock has not developed holes. I contacted their customer service and they sent the running kind of sock as a replacement for free at my request.

They just have too much money for advertising for my taste.

A few years ago I decided to try some high end wool socks out. I got a bombas merino wool sock and I couldn't believe how fast they got holes in them. It was a matter of weeks. They sent a replacement pair after I emailed a photo. The Darn Tough pair I got at the same time held up well so ive only bought darn tough since. My first pair is getting thin at some hot spots after 3 years. I bet it becomes a hole next year and I will mail it in for a replacement.

I love my Bombas socks. The first ones I go for after the laundry is done. I got several pair last Christmas and have been wearing them weekly since…they've held up well, and are still the most comfortable socks I own.
