I assume this is not enought for a 2019 Macbook Pro 16" + S22 Ultra? 45W might be enough to not deplete the battery on the Macbook but will it charge it much?

I ended up getting rid of many of my chargers from Amazon because many of them aren't UL listed... So many of them, no CE or anything, how about the Ankers? I have had 2 Ankers in the past burn up, so this is very important to me. It looks like the BB one is UL Listed though.
