These cheap ones are almost always 2D ( 2 dimensional), meaning the rollers on the back go only up and down the spine. The 3D ones go in and out for more/less pressure on targeted areas for a more deeper tissue massage. These cost anywhere from $2k to $4k. There are even 4D ones that has side to side motions as well. Those cost over $6k and up.

This is going to be an investment in your well being. make the extra investment and get one that is at least 3D. Or else it will just be a furniture just sitting in the corner hardly ever getting any use. Ask me how I know this

Do you have any recommendations? Is this a good one?

What others did you consider and what did you decide on?

I have 4D and it was $4k after friend and family discount. I have tried the 2D and 3D ones. All I can say is that you get what you pay for it. At this price, it may be a good deal for some just to enter the market and experience the chair.

Don't buy it. Way to harsh on lumbar and I was to tall for it and a tad too wide. 6' 240
