I think it's legit, but I'm almost positive this is just an listing error and this is just the replacement battery. The description and the age of the thing… if not I'd be worried about the health of the battery after being shelved for so long.

Edit: yeah it's forsure just the battery, after looking at their website. Thanks though op, would have been a good deal.

Looks like it is just the replacement battery. One misleading picture shows the host device, but the rest are of a battery - and the seller is a battery store.
