Anyone know how the battery life is on these? I keep reading how the AMD laptops have better battery life. This checks all the other boxes for me, but I'm concerned about going with the i7.

I have the AMD version, and I keep second-guessing my decision to choose it over the Intel version, which is faster by about 10-15% all around. These things are for gaming and not battery life. Running a web browser and Office will probably get 3-3.5 hours. It's so heavy that I'm not sure who would want to travel with this thing. The 300 watt charging brick is quite the beast also.
