All prices I've seen in the past month, and honestly, seeing them listed out like that, they're probably what they should have retailed for all along (definitely scale nicely with the performance differences)

Some of those prices are for refurbs or open box, namely the 6600 and 6600xt you have listed.
I personally got the ASRock 6700xt for $290 (with affirm and a $20 rebate) so I know people can get these prices if they are willing to wait a week or so.

December 13 is when the new AMD gpus are released. It's possible that the prices will drop including NVIDIA's (which already did this week on the 4090 and 4080) 3XXX series. I waited this long so I can wait longer.

Waiting to pull the trigger then or even wait til early January for a deal from AMD to upgrade the 2060. Totally done with Nvidia for time being with all the BS they've been pulling off.

Didn't they delay the release? I may be wrong, but I swore I watched a video this morning stating it.
Newegg. Last month they were doing a bunch of GPU deals with an addition 15% off if you used Zip pay or Affirm payments. A little annoying but worth the pretty sizable discount.
