Depends on your need.
If you only need 10Gbps Cat6A would work just fine, Cat6A is also available as STP(shielded) but not by default. Whereas Cat7 is shielded and can supports 10Gpbs and 40Gbps(under 15meter)

Cat7 is double shielded by default. If it's not double shielded, it's not cat7. Cat7 has a maximum length of 100 meters / 328 feet.
Cat8 is basically the same spec but made for datacenter use, which cuts the maximum length down to 30 meters / 98 feet. It can be both single shielded and double shielded.
If you are looking to futureproof some wallstuffing, cat8 should support 25gigabit and 40 gigabit ethernet. If you have lots of electric tools and other EMI garbage, cat7 is probably better.
You can even pull 10gbps across Cat5e of a distance up to 147ft. Most home runs aren't even close to that as you said. Obviously if given the choice, I'd still go with cat6.
