Nah, not even close. It's useless for recovering tools. Had a table saw which has onekey built in stolen 4 months or so ago. Nothing. In my case I don't know anybody in construction field that has Milwaukee app installed. Onekey is just not a thing. You're better off buying some AirTags and hotglueing them to your saws.

If you're interested in using AirTags for tools or other gear that's going to either be outside or on job sites, ElevationLab's makes these little mounts for AirTags that work great. They come with 3M VHB backing but you can attach them however you want. They've got a hang tag version as well.

I have been wanting to try these for a while but never looked at them much. After looking at some disapointing reviews I realized there is a newer version: https://www.milwaukeetool.com/48-21-2301

If they really lowered the price I'd pick some up but AirTags obviously have the only real coverage in this category.
