Edit: JcPenney says 18/0. Regardless, they get good reviews everywhere, are $20, and have a lifetime warranty. It is a discontinued model.

Cuisinart site reviews are good though and one reviewer says its heavy. So it might be 18/10
Edit: Just looked it up. 2 sets for $30 at buydig in 2017. Still look brand new.
