I cannot recommend the 12v line enough. I go to mine 90% of the time for casual diy projects. I have some of these and milwaukee m12 tools and I prefer the feel of these. I don't do enough to talk about and compare performance really as they both get the job done, but the dewalt just feels better to me.

Thanks OP! For anyone in the Dewalt 12v line the DCS353B oscillating tool, DCS512B circular saw, and the DCS312B recip are steals at the sale price.

Typically to get a decent deal on these 3 tools you need to buy a promo deal at Lowes where you cough up $179-$199 ($199 without a coupon or military discount) to get a kit (drill, impact driver, batteries, charger, bag) and a free tool (1 of these). Otherwise these 3 tools never go on sale on their own so you get stuck buying the promo with intention to keep the free tool and flip the kit if you don't need it (and no you can't "hack" Lowes deals like you can HD if anyone asks). If you consider the return from flipping the kit, let alone time spent doing it, the price on these 3 tools is even cheaper without the hassle.

If you read through my rant, I'm saying don't think long if you are interested in any of these 3 because this is one of the best deals I've seen for them.

It doesn't have a hammer only function for chipping tile and I would use it in regular drill mode for epoxy. Think of it as small general use drill that has the ability to make small holes in concrete if necessary - but if drilling holes in concrete was my main intent, I'd sure be looking elsewhere.

The DCH133B rotary hammer is on sale on the same page and has a chipping mode which might meet your needs.
