I got the blue green in 7x10. I have a covered porch but the sun is a real scorcher in the evening so we'll see how it holds up

But last week changed my mind, I got a rug with 1,500 reviews at 4.5. I read a bunch and looked at the pics.
Well, the rug was significantly less detailed than the pictures. Whatever…but one thing I couldn't handle were these permanent creases. I am a big guy, i had no problem re-rolling the rug several ways, several times; I even steamed it. Creases still didn't come out. Then I noticed the first fibers coming out. I went over the creases and noticed that in the few places it had begun to straighten out, the fiber backing (jute?) was cracking. The creases were literally permanent, to the point of breaking down.
I submitted my diplomatic review to Amazon with objective pics and it was turned down. For very ambiguous reasons, of course.
TL;DR:
-You can't trust the reviews anymore, the competent sellers can outsmart fakespot algorithms are even able to choose what pics go up (they likely even have share of control over reviews)
-I don't hate Amazon, but they are more than complicit, so I will happily return these for free if they don't match the description.
