Yes, you can absolutely fly with this 148Wh. TSA and every major US domestic airline allows up to two (2) 100-160Wh batteries in your carry on luggage.
Lots of misinformation in this thread about it not being allowed on an airplane. It is allow on most US domestic airlines in carry on luggage. International is another story, but if you are flying domestically on a major airline, you are fine.
