Correct, you have to navigate through the New & Used (44) or Compare all 44 options. In there you will see it being sold by Amazon.com for $399.99 and a check mark for the $70 coupon.
Previously Amazon.com was the seller displayed on the page but now there's this DealsPro1 seller for whatever reason.

Amazon coupon is dead
Dang. I'm going to show my age here, but my first hard drive was $300 for a 1.6 gig to replace my 320 meg hard drive in my gateway 2000 desktop.
It's quite amazing how far we've come and how prices are what they are.
$/TB is not the definitive metric for a HDD purchase!!
I shoulda ordered them then, just that at the time I got burned real bad by ordering a DOA directly from WD Store and got stuck for weeks in their return/support Hell, just wasn't in the mood for testing 4x 16TB drives from Amazon's crapshoot. (Since I need 4x to upgrade my NAS). Ideally I'd like to buy the four from Best Buy, seems like the least headache option. Plus, imo better product quality of item purchased compared to Amazon, Newegg or WD Store.
Now everything else seems foolish compared to the storage capacity four of those woulda gotten me for under $900.
