Amazon has the ASRock X670E PRO RS Support AMD AM5 RYZEN 7000 Series Processors Motherboard for $279.99. Down from $312 just yesterday, and the cheapest it's been per Keepa:

People reported issues with the motherboard early on with stuff like the WiFi, but was subsequently fixed with a BIOS update.

Asrock boards always look compelling, but I've never had good luck with them. Funky bios and stability issues make them a no-go for me. I'd rather spend a little more money for an Asus or Gigabyte board.

My ASRock X570 board is being funky too, diagnosed some defective RAM which helped but it's still occasionally locking up. I will probably avoid them in the future.

For what it's worth, I'm running a 7900X in the ASRock X670E Steel Legend, with 32GB DDR5-6000 CL36 RAM, and have had absolutely no problems whatsoever, other than the WiFi kinda sucking. I will say that while I have no complaints about the board, I do think that the other vendors make better BIOS for sure.

I have used ASrock MBs in multiple builds with some success but find the BIOS needs many refreshes to address "strange" issues. I prefer Asus MB as they have always been rock solid.
