I am a former student at a catholic school. My parents authorized the school staff to hit me — it was something the school has standardized with paperwork my parents signed. To this day, I hate the Catholic Church and the people who did this to me.
Hitting children does no good as I also became a drug dealer, a college dropout, and am constantly in therapy. I wanted adults to support me, instead they inflicted physical pain.

Lol, too funny! But seriously, this ruler is quite thin and flimsy, and you simply cannot use it for anything other than drawing lines (i.e. so not for disciplining kids or back scratching).
