Newegg is again offering the MSI Summit E13FlipEvo (Model A11MT-235) for $599 (60% off). This is the white and silver model (not black). It's not the i7 model that Costco had for $799, but this seems like a pretty good deal and was recently a Front Page deal.

Not sure if this is accurate or not, but the review I read of this older version stated the chassis is made of aluminum while a review of the newer version said it's made of plastic. Sometimes people can mistaken aluminum for plastic and vice versa so not sure which to believe. Would be strange for MSI to go from aluminum to plastic.

Yes I was thinking that. I have an LG Gram so I know first hand. But I don't think MSI is claiming this is magnesium alloy, is it?
