Any ideas if this is a good start to a 1080P build with some longevity?
Edit: Quick searches for both of these on Tom's Hardware has some good things to say, and some of the only cons they have are price. And at time of review, it would be $460 for both.

You can buy a processor that's 3X faster than this one but it's 600 alone for a processor. You don't need that for 1080p. This would be absolutely fine for many years. There's even a $200 combo from microcenter that's advertised that would be fine too, if you really want to be cheap.
