FYI it is NMC battery chemistry not LiFePO4. Not saying that's necessarily bad so don't get on my case about that but it's more suited for backup and occasional camping usage rather than daily cycling.

Saw that too. Looks like LFP is the way to go for longevity and safety at the cost of worse energy density.
This has excellent specs. Funny, I was eyeing this early this AM. However, while cellular access is a cool option, and Wi-Fi is nice, the hell they made of needing an existing WiFi AP with Internet to connect the 4G radio, subscribing with each user's personal info to use it, and the default (after first "free" year) ~$100/yr cost for remote access is nuts.
If this was BLE Bluetooth, but had 2.4 GHz AP, and even a 4G radio I'd say great… long as I can turn that all off. But needing to login to Chinese servers to have power? Hard pass.
I've bought a Zendure powerbank from Wellbots last year. When I had an issue Zendure claimed Wellbots is not an authorized distributor and refused to honor the warranty, saying to take it up with Wellbots. Wellbots did refund my purchase after a few weeks.

Edit: it doesn't even have Bluetooth! Configuration requires app, that requires their cloud service. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jE1V2Le
Just one negative, not Lifepo4 which I think is the reason why it's not selling and the lower price.

Are you saying you can discharge LFP deeper? Or are you saying LFP will degrade less over the long term?
Not sure if this has changed as the distributors page is not showing anything:
https://zendure.com/pages/distributors
And it's not listed as a store:
