The Noctua has bigger fans (140mm vs 120mm), but the heatsinks are about the same size on both. Real world testing on both that they can realistically handle up to ~250watts TDP, so I definitely don't see the need to spend > 2x as much on the Noctua.
FWIW, the Thermalright PA120 likely does as good of a job as the other 2 for just $34...

Main reason to get Noctua would be for noise and/or customer support. But you will pay extra for it.
I bought the PA120 RGB without realizing it was rgb lol. However the cooler is excellent. Cooling my 13600k at 54C idle and 85C max on light gaming. Thumbs up for this cooler for sure.
BUT...it takes up room so check clearance before buying.

Both Thermalright and DeepCool have been in business for 20-25 years. I would like to believe they make a reliable product that works well. Given that you can get 2+ DeepCool AG620 and 3x Thermalright PA120s for the price of the Noctua... The noise might matter though depending on what kind of case is being used. FWIW, I've used the PA120 and didn't think it was loud, although fans were audible when cranking at max load.

That actually seems kind of warm for a PA120 (haven't ran one in a couple of years). Is your 13600k OC'd? I currently run a 12600k, although in a full tower with good air circulation with an ancient V1 Scythe Mugen with 2 120mm fans. My idle is 28c and without OC the CPU runs at 49c after 10 minutes of Cinebench. OC'd to 5.2 Ghz it runs at 69c after 10 minutes of Cinebench.

You are correct and I wouldn't hesitate to buy a CPU cooler from either company. Just pointing out why one would potentially want to spend more for Noctua.
I'm too stupid to figure out the difference between the 2 you mentioned. Also, are these an upgrade over vetroo v5?
The difference is just the seller location, they are the same models. And probably better because these are dual tower heatsinks with a dual fan setup. Though depends on your current CPU and if your OC'ed it.

Thank you. I will order this. I haven't OC'ed my CPU and don't intend to though.
