I don't think MS Rewards is getting anyone to switch to Bing.

This is just a bonus for people who already spend 2 minutes a day on it to get more free money.

Well they are giving you a cut of their ad revenue. That's a pretty good deal compared to other options. For me it's free GamePass just for using Bing.
