I got these on the last $35 deal. The 3d sound is effective, I can wear them for at least a couple hours without them annoying me and they have a satisfactory audio range. I can only go about 15' from the dongle before the warning beeps start. If you have a very large head, these are still comfortable.

My guess is these were $100 at launch but given that they have micro USB instead of C means they're a little older so they're clearing out older stock. They look good. I've got some turtle beach for the Xbox but I want a new set for the steam deck. Seems like a minor quibble but it really does feel like a step back with no C.

I looked at the product images and specs but couldn't see anything, are these micro USB or USB-C?

How is the microphone on these? Also, do they make your ears too hot?

No problem - it was a great question, kinda surprised it was omitted from the BB product specs

I have the HyperX Cloud Stinger S, but was thinking about trying to go wireless...

Anyone have any thoughts on that, in this particular context?

Is this really a "hundred dollar" headset (and so $35 would be a heck of a deal), or should this be about the regular price (i.e. good, but nothing special)?

Edit: Well, I let you shills/animals talk me into it... I guess we'll see! Smilie
(thank you to everyone who responded)

Edit2: I am really enjoying these on my Windows computer; haven't been able to make 'em work with the PS4 yet, though.

these have gone on sale for this price somewhat regularly for those wondering how good of a deal this is. It was FP last time: https://slickdeals.net/f/16322878-razer-nari-essential-wireless-7-1-surround-sound-gaming-headset-pc-ps4-or-ps5-35-free-store-pickup?src=SiteSearch
