    Yeah these are typical shady quality stuff. They can claim pretty much anything as far as CRI rating wattage or Lumens count since majority of people can't check for those things anyways. I did find that many of similar lights don't live up to their rated power by using wattmeter as far another sign of shady practice the reviews are taken from previously sold and completely different products to make it look like this one has already that many positives.

    A bit more $$ but I have 6 of these lights in my home:

    2 pack for $43 or ~ $21.50/ea. Color selectable and dimmable.

    Only 24W vs. OP 32W, but honestly even my 24W ones are about too bright. I have 5 in hallways and 1 in a pantry.
