Wow what a price versus what they've done to us the last 2 years. Is sapphire close enough in reliability to main brands asus/gigabyte/etc?

Sapphire is famous for being one of the best and most highly sought after AIB partners of AMD. They lead the way with quick warranty claim processing as well:

I"m not very computer savvy but do play PC games. I need to upgrade from my EVGA 1060 3GB. Would this be a good replacement?

as long as it fits in your case and you have proper power supply for everything. Yes.

Thanks! Think the V21 case is too small and will choke this thing for air?

Re-education successfully applied.

But Sapphire is a solid brand, I've had several of their cards and they were great.

A family member of mine is still using a Sapphire Radeon 7970 that I purchased new in 2013. It's not a speed demon anymore but it can still play games at 1080p low settings. The point is, sapphire makes quality stuff and is absolutely a reliable brand.

Each AIB you listed has decent options to consider at the right price, but I generally favor Sapphire if pricing is similar. I rarely see Sapphire GPUs with bad reviews, benchmarks, thermals etc. Even my r9 280x sapphire (bought 2014) was still working in my spare PC before I upgraded that desktop. Try to find detailed thermals/benchmarks when possible though.

look up measurements for each card. Then compare the size of the new cards you are thinking of buying with the size of your current card.

You may also need at least a 650-850 watt power supply depending on your other components.

Some store bought motherboards and power supplies use proprietary connectors to make you buy all new stuff if you want to upgrade them. I hope that when you check into it, it fits and you have all the power and space you need.

Point a box fan at your PC, tidy up all the cables and max out airflow anyway you can I guess haha.

I upgraded from gtx 1060 6gb to an asus tuf rx 6800. You will smoke everything at 1440p and its not a power hungry card. GreaT price to performance. Extremely happy. Oh and this card has 16gb, no other card at this price point offers anything near that

I'm glad to see somebody doing what I do My sapphire r9 280X I passed down to a nephew, my sapphire rx480 I passed down to my brother who was just getting into PC gaming and now my Sapphire Vega 64 is going in my girlfriend's build....... All of my sapphires are still running. I'm that textbook case of brand loyalty lol

Sapphire Pulse is their main non-extreme overclocked line, usually these are absolutely solid, well made with great well made thermal solutions etc. The Sapphire Pulse is the closest to a well made reference board as what NVidia does to their chips for example. This is actually a very appealing deal, although I am keen to wait for the 7th series mid-range RXs. But this particular card and model is what I would buy from the current generation of cards: reasonable performance and features, 16GB VRAM, good number of ROPs and reasonably wide memory bus at 192bit

Why would anyone consider this to be a deal?
6750 xt is around 350 now. This non-xt 6800 is not even 8% faster.
Yet 130 dollars more expensive.
