Be careful with this. I think the i7 config comes with a 4050 and not a 4070. 4050 is technically supposed to be a low-end GPU, so a more normal price for thin laptops sporting this GPU would be ~1000.

For 4070, the price of ~1800 is not that bad. Multiple vendors like Lenovo and HP expect to sell 4070 laptops for around that figure or even higher, according to Nvidia's suggested prices.
