Also want to praise Kizer ( shout out to Daisy) with their great customer service. I bought a knife and while the USPS claimed it delivered it, I couldn't find it anywhere when I got home and we don't have an issue with porch pirates. After contacting Kizer, the company was kind enough to send me another knife to my work address. It did take a few emails and there was some delay due to the Chinese New Year, but Kizer agreed to take care of me.
