I was at Target in SoCal looking at their OLED display lineup and noticed that they had a price tag advertising the 65" LG OLED B2 as $1,099.99 + Tax... definitely a pricing error -
YMMV
I looked it up on the Target app and it's currently listed on sale at $1,599.99 with a regular price of $1,899.99, however the store was OOS (of course). I asked an employee to check the inventory at nearby locations and drove to another Target where they had the TV in stock, but the price tag had it listed correctly on sale at $1,599.99.
Without mentioning the incorrect price tag at the other location, I had an employee pull the TV from the back and ring it up, sure enough it rang up at $1,099.99. I also added the 3 Year TV protection plan from Allstate and was out the door with taxes for $1,307.74.
The deal was so
SLICK, I picked up two of them!
TL; DR: Target has the LG OLED65B2PUA 65" TV incorrectly priced

If your TV sits in a brightly sun lit area, then you may consider C2. It is 10-15% brighter than B2. Otherwise not worth it. B2 is a great TV.
As for the question on whether the C2 is worth another $300, it kind of depends on what you're going to do with it. Probably not for most people. If you're just going to watch cable news all day or a lot of SD content that needs to be upscaled, then the C-series may be worth the difference. If you're watching 4K content, then definitely not.
