    IMO steamed yield better quality but I can't draw latte art for 💩, but steamed is very messy. Personally I'd go steamed > black > handheld frother, but I could be frothing wrong and I'm open to expert opinions. Most of the time I just drink it black because I'm too lazy to clean the aftermath
