Not a good deal for the hardware.

You can get the Arc A770 with the Z690 TUF DDR4 + 12600K for $582.97 at Microcenter.

Add 12600K / Mobo bundle to cart. Add the A770 separately to cart

A770 is $270. That leaves $360 for the CPU and Mobo. There have been good deals on z690 boards for a mid range like this about $120. $240 for the CPU, which I guess saves you $50 or something. But there isn't high demand on the secondary market for these things...
