This is pretty expensive for a chair that supports a max of 265 lbs. Chairs in this price range are usually at 300lb capacity. Hard pass.

I have the chair. Seems like the chair isn't selling and prices keep dropping. Was $1k - $1.2k originally. The price dropped to $500 after a few months after release and stayed around $450. I think they got rid of the 3 year warranty and only offer a 3 month - 1 year warranty.

I like the chair worth the buy if it goes under $300

I use mesh chairs for this very reason

Regarding ergonomics if you are referring to lumbar and head support it's there. You can't adjust the lumbar support (it fixed in position).

If you have back/spine and hips problems. I would advice you to see a physical therapist for a free screening to get a diagnosis and potential treatment.

399 with no yax in CA is worth a shot. Could always return if it's terrible. Given this has a lot more in its price range (the 4d arm rests and massage feature)

Just received this and had a few thoughts. The lumbar is too stiff for my liking. Coming from a mesh chair, the massager is not the most comfortable to rest your back on without the pillow (which is not very plush). The massager itself is ok. The fan, IMHO, doesn't do much too cool my butt especially if you're wearing jeans. At 5"6', the lowest position is good enough to not have to make adjustments. The foot rest catches along the back of my ankles/shins and there not much room extend. The seat itself is also on the stiffer side. I sat in it for a whole day and didn't experience any back pain or fatigue so the posture is pretty much on point.for it's original price, I wished it included skate wheels. The arm rests are good and don't have any complaints there. For 399, it's decent but there's many other chairs in this price range that will likely give you a better seating experience

Mine came in and the leg rests for your legs and feet have no way to attached. contacted the support number and they opened a ticket for me. Today I received an email that states.

"Hello,

There is not much on our end to help you with your Katana Gaming Chair.
The Service/Warranty Department only works with massage chairs.

The Katana Gaming chair should have 2 plastic pieces installed at the bottom of the chair, where you can slip the metal into.

Today the fan in the seat will no longer turn on. Button just does not work, everything is charged and charger is green when plugged in. Back massager works but not the fan for the seat. Definitely avoid this chair. Still have not heard from the company as the sales rep is not in "I can see that he's not at his desk but I can take a message" this might be a case where I have to forward all the information to my bank and let them decide if this is a deceptive practice or not.

Are you serious? That's insane. Try sending it back for another one since the footrest won't attach. Should be free returns within 30-45 days

that requires me to get in touch with someone and them sending me a shipping label. receiving a defective product should be "let us send you a replacement and you ship that one back to us" right away instead of me jumping through hoops to contact someone. At this point I'm done with the entire company and the fact the person is their "Slickdeals Rep" So I'm thinking the defective ones are the discounted ones.
