So my reply meant that I can get new iPhone for free with my mobile service but I can't with macbook. So 15% off macbook is much more value than 15% off refurbished iPhone......

Oh, didn't mean anything by it. Just commenting that maybe if Macbooks came with cellular service, they might have a discount also. I hear you on the Mac discounts. I fortunately got a discount on an M1 and didn't see it that low for another year.
