Any thoughts on how well this works? Currently using a B&D corded edger for some tough st Augustine grass but would love to switch to cordless if this thing works about as well.

I have it and I like it- I had a gas edger before and felt like this was more than sufficient and sold my gas one. Part of my yard is st Augustine as well. I feel like it actually does better in thicker grass as thinner grass sometimes escapes the blade and needs a second pass.

Home Depot reviews are pretty mixed. Probably gonna pass on this one. good price! Honey also offered me an additional 27.99 rebate if anyone wants to pull the trigger on it
