I currently have the Saris Freedom rack. However it is attached to my sedan and has problems bottoming out in driveways and areas with low clearances. This looks like an updated design where the tow bar is angled as soon as it exits the hitch receiver which should prevent bottoming out. If the All Star is anything like the Freedom, then I won't be disappointed.
This was my first time shopping at Mack Cycle and was able to get a $20 off over $100 purchase signing up with their email newsletter. I placed a Serfas CO2 cartridge (link below) as a filler item but there are other items under $5 also. YMMV with the discount code. Mack Cycle seems to have great reviews.

Saris racks are made in USA and with the exception of bottoming out, the 10 Year old rack has been solid! FYI, I didn't have a clearance issue using the freedom on an SUV although my sedan is my daily driver.
