Im 5"11 200lbs. Think I'd fit?
Should be alright. I would say 6'1 215+ might be the uncomfortable limit.

Make sure the wheels are installed tight and put a little lube/grease on the bearings. They are decent but not great. But very good deal at this price.
I had a stool one I recently got rid of. The conversion mechanism adds quite a bit if height and I didn't find it very comfortable as a stool. Just MHO.
