I just actually was waiting for a deal on these and purchased them through their site because they seemed like the best choice.
$119
90 Warranty (most are 30 or 60)
Got them last week. The case had coffee stains on the outside which started to concern me. First put them in, the battery level is announced on each bud separately and I immediately noticed that the left wasnt as loud as the right. On top of that the ANC just did not work. Coming from a set of Airpod Pros (gifting to wife if I can get working Sonys and I like them) and it is simple to replicate with a simple floor fan. Airpods make it silent, Sonys just make that pitch change for a second and the fan is just as loud as before.
Instead of waiting I might go ahead and purchase these since they are cheaper and from Secondipity/Liquidity Services and have them refund these bad buds at the higher price...
Definitely a little bumped, usually Ive had good luck with my refurb purchases
Purchased these on the last deal. There's an issue with their firmware 1.4 version that causes severe battery drain in the right ear bud. I replaced it immediately and was lucky enough to get a newer version that didn't have those issues. These are the most impressive earbuds/headphones that I've tried. I bought the Sony WH-1000XM5 on the same deal to test out both and the noise cancelling was so much better on these that I returned the XM5's. Also, in terms of noise canceling my gen 1 airpod pros aren't even close. If someone really cared about noise cancelling the full price version of these is worth the cost of entry.
Bought these when they were on sale for this price at the end of January this year from the same listing. First set sounded great, but the left earbud had an occasional hissing / garbling sound whenever the noise cancellation was enabled. Worked with their returns to get the first set returned and a new set sent out, and that second set has been fantastic.
Easy to fit the case in a pocket, and the earbuds are very comfy for me. I'm even able to wear hearing protection earmuffs with them in and not have them fall out. Great addition to a daily carry and general use.
Noise cancellation works well, but if you're used to over-ear units, these will not come close.
Ordered these off amazon, tried it and returned it. When compared to the buds 2 pro, the build quality is clearly superior on the 1000xm4 but the sound quality just isnt as good.
