As Lemmy as my witness I remain perplexed as to why M$ never brought their Motocross Madness series to Xbox. I loved the two games they made for PC in the late-20th Century and you'd think they'd have brought it to Xbox, but nope. Other than an unrelated XBLA title with the same name they just threw it away. Sad.
Vice city, that was a noicee game. Lol you could literally get out of your car, take your chain gun out, and just start mowing them all down. All while listening to 80's music lol
Assuming you aren't interested in game pass, has he played Horizon 4? If not, the FE4 + FE5 Premium Editions Bundle for $70 is the way to go. I realize I'm suggesting you spend twice as much, but to get both games plus the DLC for both games is a much better deal. That is, again, assuming you aren't interested in game pass.
Agreed on burnout revenge. You can usually pick that one up pretty cheap. I also think forza 4 is better. And if u get Lego add on you can drive through Lego stuff and watch them smash back to Lego pieces
Both Forza 4 and 5 are great. Similar graphics, unless you have Series X, 5 is probably better. Primary difference between them is the location of the races, UK vs Mexico. I have Game Pass and it's hard to justify paying a high price to get add ons when the base games are free for me, but it would be nice to have full access to cars and races provided by the DLC for these games. Not sure what "premium" includes but if they include lots of DLC, might be worth it if you're looking to buy now.
I think the premium addition has its own upgrade package if you don't get it with the game. Largely he won't notice if he always has the standard edition. I play FH5 Standard and I can't think of a single premium edition car that I'm missing out on

Used to play Monster Truck Madness 2 as well. Came with my graphics card when I bought my first pc and it was my first experience with multiplayer. Motocross Madness was great as well.

My cousin had that hooked up on his pentium 2 with sick 19" crt monitor, and a pilot yoke because why not. You're right, they should've brought it back. On Ps2 at least, atv off-road fury was huge.

None here, try GTA
Burnout Revenge is pretty good for that.

Not sure why you're getting downvoted, but that is a strangely specific question. As someone else said, I'd look at Burnout for that
