    I bought this about 6 months ago and absolutely junk. They're no longer non stick and contacted the company for the warranty and never heard back. Would avoid this

    My mom bought this set in black for me as a Christmas gift and I really like them. The nonstick coating is the best I've used. I do not cook higher than medium heat and no metal utensils as the instructions say.

    My mom also had the black set for almost a year and cooks for a family of 4. She still loves them - nothing sticks to them. Not sure how durable they are long term but still going strong for two sets at 3-12 months.

    I'm not sure about the above negative comments. These have been the best pans we've owned. Had them for over a year now, get daily use and they still look and function as if brand new. Amazon has over 7000 reviews with a 4.6 rating.

    Here is my detailed experience. I am one of those that always follow instructions to the T. All my cooking utensils are silicone or wooden. I hand wash all my dishes with scotchbrite non scratch sponge. I don't leave food sitting the the pan for long periods, always cook my food on medium or low medium and no, i don't throw hot pan in cold water neither. I have gone from cheapest basic nonstick to more expensive stuffs and this brand is the only one that start failing after very short time usage, not months but couple weeks. The only positive thing about my experience with this brand is that they are cute looking, that's about it
