Got an alert that these were at the lowest price, when I click the link it defaults to the wrong seller, but switching the seller worked just fine. Just under $16/tb but it's the lowest I've seen these externals since I've been watching.

Best Buy has had the 18tb easy store for as low as $249.99 and is currently the same price as your deal price.

Alternatively, you could go with 2 18 tb red pro drives for $550 plus tax - 12% cb via PayPal. For me it came out to $14.52 post tax and cb.

If you are willing to sacrifice a bit of density for a longer warranty, the 16tb red pro is on sale for $249 with the same cb offer. That deal comes in at $14.79 per tb after net.

Longer warranty, and the majority of these external drives are shucked and put in a nas.

For most consumers they would be fine going with a cheaper 14 tb drive at a lower cost.
