I bought this in April 2022 and really like it. Was on sale for $1899.99 back then, which was a decent deal. This is an absolute steal.
My quick assessment of pros and cons:
Pros:
Perfect form factor for counter-depth
Very clean appearance
Love the handle cutouts instead of having front-facing handles taking up more space
Efficient use of space. I downsized from a huge non-counter-depth french door with bottom freezer and we don't miss the extra space at all
No ice maker in fridge door = less likely to freeze up and have issues
Relatively good at not showing fingerprints
Cons
No chilled water spout. I knew this when I bought it and we have a dedicated filtered water spigot at the sink but this would be nice.
Sides get very warm. Probably warmer than you think. Not really a problem but was unexpected and less-than-ideal I guess
It's hard to move the fridge shelves due to the angles of the supports and the door bins. Thought it would be super easy to move them as needed to fit extra-tall items but we really just keep them where they are and make it work
My fridge's water line doesn't have a functioning shut-off valve. Will costco still install if they have to use the main water shut-off for my whole house? the installation section says they require a shut-off valve behind the appliance.
It's counter-depth, which I actually like space wise since it makes it _very_ obvious where things are in the fridge. I.e. things don't "get lost" behind other things, this fridge does a fantastic job of showing off what's inside. I probably also don't miss the extra space since my old fridge became a garage fridge.
I can mostly echo @Zambeezy in the pros/cons except that I don't miss a water spout on my fridge. I have yet to 'hear' the fridge, I've never heard the compressor turn on/off which is nice with regards to the open layout of my house.
Biggest con that I have is the left side of the fridge door doesn't always close easily. I sometimes sort of have to "push" it in.
I added an ice scoop next to the ice maker, makes getting ice much easier. Ice is the perfect size too if you're not looking for 'crunchy' ice.
Temperature holds extremely well, I have the side of the freezer with ice cream set to 1C and I've yet to have freezer burnt ice cream + it's always scoopable.
