Also for most applications at 4k you won't have anything over 60 fps except for static screens which you wouldn't really notice the 60hz, so unless you want to use it for lower resolutions it shouldn't be an issue.
This was FP at 250 from Amazon, so it's great deal if you want a 4K IPS monitor.
Rtings ranks it for as one of the best office monitors out there.

Take a look at their ultrasharp. You'll change your mind immediately. I have 2 U2723QE (27"), 1 in landscape and 1 portrait. The color, brightness, contrast and the hub make this all I ever wanted.
My laptop dock for work only supported one at 4k and the 2nd at 1080p, so I returned one. (The return for non corporate buyers is also very user frendly no fees or return shipping in my area. They picked it up the same day in my area)
