if youre a gamer stick with firmware 1304, should come out of the box with this version. some owners dont update firmware because it messes with VRR and some are alleging that the tv gets dimmer with subsequent firmware versions

Either way, its not a great look for Samsung.
I had this tv. Died within 5 hours. All the reports are true. The picture quality is awesome for 4K and hdr, terrible for sports and YouTube tv. However, from hardware and software point of view it's junk. I wouldn't buy again unless under $500, not worth the hassle.
Also, even at that price, this tv won't last 2 years.
