Miles away from being keto and I wouldn't even call it healthy. Probably fine if you're weight lifting or hiking miles per day, though, much like Clif bars I used to eat.

I like this particular flavor. But my mindset is that it's a candy bar with protein. I usually only eat half a bar at a time.

Fortunately, that's exactly what I'm trying to do. I've eaten these at various periods over the last 15 years, but only when I'm lifting and want to put on mass. I'm 46yo, 6ft and struggle to stay at/above 170#.
