I wasn't as impressed with the square pan. It requires a generous amount of oil, particularly when cooking eggs, and even then, you'll need to rinse it right away to avoid having to scrape and scrub stubborn residues
Tip: if you accidentally burn something, make sure to add water to it immediately.

Maybe it comes down to following their recommendations which I find a bit absurd. "We recommend low-medium heat to ensure even cooking and optimal non-stick performance."
So, don't even use medium or higher heat when cooking.

The production process to make the pans was/is the problem.
If I was going to buy a new nonstick pan today I would just get a T-fal skillet or something over this set which doesn't function as well or at all as a nonstick pan.
Totally agree, these pans are complete junk.
