Preface: These rolling tool boxes go on sale every year for around $30 bucks. With Brickseek all screwed up now, they may be a bit harder to find these days.
Ultra YMMV - In New England area, I found one for $21 and another for $30. My relatives found one for $75 in the NC area.
Tip: Look behind the new stock and up above the aisles for old stock storage. Also check out end caps and middle aisle clearance pallets.
Another tip: Google the item, click on shopping, and then click on the box that says "nearby." If a store has it in stock, it's almost definitely on clearance.

At this price they are great to put in a corner in the garage, because they don't take up a lot of space and still provide ample storage. These have been very productive for me, though I wouldn't pay more than the $25 I paid for them. If you can find one on clearance it's worth it as a non-primary tool chest.
On a side note, Brickseek may seem very unreliable but sometimes its actually the store itself. High-end items like computers/laptops and TVs are never to be found when Brickseek states they are in stock.
Anyhow. I figured out that one has to bust their ass to get those kind of deals.
Example: Me standing in front of the electronics counter peering at each laptop box and its label until I found 3 of them "hidden" in the middle of the bottommost shelf near the corner - whereas the associate just brushed me off and said nah they are out of stock.
I bought all three of the 15.6 inch i3 laptops for $39 each and dude was mad AF and tried to tell me there is a limit of 2. LOL.
All in one desktop computer for $99? Found it by the books section.
55" TV for $99? Haggled a woman from cosmetics to check the back and she came out with the last one.
Sony digital camera for $19 that I haggled 3 employees to find and then the manager tried to tell me he couldn't sell it to me at that price. I lost on that one =/
It's legit work! An aggravating Easter egg hunt of sorts that works out most of the time, depending on how much time and energy you want to spend =))
