About this product:
A refurbished product is one that's been returned to Bose, for any reason.
It's then thoroughly inspected, tested, and serviced to meet strict Bose sound quality standards — the same as a new product. Appearance is closely examined; products occasionally have minor, nearly imperceptible blemishes. All refurbished products have the same warranty as new products. And are available only from Bose.
I've bought 2 of these for my parents and just bought a 3rd for my inlaws. These speakers are excellent and feature voice enhancement if you're having issues hearing dialog. Probably the best TV sound bar in this price range. Never seen them go this low:
Seems expensive for a very basic refurb bar. I'd spend the extra $50 on a JBL Bar 5.0 which is a 5 channel with atmos support currently available at woot for $200 brand new.
I got this TV last time for $99 for my mom. Not a good deal considering this is a 2.0 sound bar.

Wrong, this tv speaker has never been $99, you likely purchased the solo 5 or solo Soundbar series II, both lack center channel tweeter and hdmi arc though
I have a Solo 5 that I really enjoy. Is this an upgrade to that? I know the differences and have read/watched the reviews. Looking for real world experience. Thanks.

Not very impressed. But I have never really been a big fan of the "Bose" Sound.
EDIT: Disregard... I was thinking of the Bose Solo Soundbar II
