Also, can this hold two of the larger boxes (DS400) and a small box (DS150)? The pictures show a large box at the bottom, medium box in the middle nd small box at top...just wasn't sure if that's the maximum you can fit on this.

Fits any of the 2.0's with the side handle set up (most of the 2.0 boxes if I'm remembering correctly) I personally use it and have a mix of 1.0 and 2.0's.
Only thing to keep in mind is 2.0'a do not "lock" in on the back side like 1.0s do so if your planning on padlocking the boxes into the cart that way the only the 1.0 boxes will.

I don't have any of the large boxes (DS300) though, I have 2 of the xlarge ones (DS400) and a couple of the small ones (DS150). I'm hoping I can fit both of the larger boxes with one of the smaller ones in this. I noticed the pictures of the cart with the xlarge, large, and small box (at least that's what it looks like to me) hooked up have a little bit of space between them, but I've also seen pictures on the Dewalt site showing the bottom 2 boxes really close with no gap in between so hoping 2 xlarge ones can fit.

I do not own this but I own the workbench rack system. If you look at the ears that face inward, there looks like an Allen head bolt. On the workbench rack system you can move these up or down to accommodate whatever size box you have. You can also buy the arms separate if you need to add more. This looks like the same design
