This, and any other sub-$200 projector isn't worth buying. They're disposable junk. Vastly over-stated specs, and with low quality components and insufficient heat dissipation, your lens will burn out. It's just a matter of time.

Save your money and buy a manufacturer refurbished known brand like BenQ, Epson, Optoma, Viewsonic.

As with all situations, It depends. I bought the Vankyo V620 about 2 years ago for about $80, and it still works just fine for my outdoor movie nights, which I've hosted outside near fire pits and tons of cigar smoke.

Is this worth $120? I don't know. Is "Any sub-$200 projector" not worth buying? Hard disagree.

I also bought the vankyo projector on that deal. Has worked great. Use it to watch content for approx 5 hours every week. I cast it on a smooth wall at home, don't even use a real screen.
