At max 9500ish CFM, Looks like the best deal I've seen in a while. I've never had this brand but it looks like there is a warranty included.

I've had this fan for a few years and it's great for ventilating a large space. However, be aware that it's going to be loud. I purchased mine used for about $50, but if it's something you're definitely going to use and often, I could see it being a good buy at this price.
